MERCURY
"The Mercury is the most 'complete' competition glider that exists in the market today" Ivan Colas Spanish Champion 2007

It is not possible to describe this glider's performance in words - flying the glider is the only way to understand what we are talking about!
The Mercury is designed for experienced competition pilots. Reactions are immediate & precise, making flying a real pleasure. It is a fast wing that climbs really well, literally biting into thermals.
A special profile was developed for maximum performance and maximum speed. The well established construction of diagonal reinforcement at the line attachment points has helped to reduce the number of lines used on the canopy. The use of unsheathed lines of different diameters significantly reduces drag, consequently increasing the wing´s performance with no effect on its safety.
Special thin risers also help to increase performance. We use D-reinforcement, which minimises oscillation of the glider whilst reinforcement on the leading edge increases the stability of the canopy at maximum speed.
A clean design, high level of stability at all speeds and precision in handling are the characteristics that have allowed the Mercury to obtain numerous successes at international level.
The AXIS competition team all fly the Mercury and their results show how the glider stands side-by-side with the top brands on the market at this level.
